The road is well trodden, a beaten path.
I've been here a thousand times, but each time it's a different battle.

This is quite possibly the first photo we took together I think, if memory serves me correctly.

It's been a whirlwind of a ride so far, and I cannot wait to see what comes next.

This..

This has got to be God.

Remember how I said last year that I wasn't getting a pay rise because of some technical issues with my contract?

Well.

My manager just called and after discussion with the franchise owner...

I'm getting a pay rise of $1/hr!!

This was just the news I needed after thinking in the bus about my petrol costs and how I haven't been afford to buy makeup lately because of how much petrol has cost me.

My pay has been static for the last two years because I reached the maximum pay, and this is the nicest surprise ever :)

If I ever thought no one noticed the extra hours I put in and all my hard work, well.

It really pays off to give my best at whatever I do, and people do notice my effort!

I wouldn't say that I love Subway, but I love that I have an incredibly awesome manager :)

But of course, I love that I have an even more awesome God who's taking care of my needs everyday!

So there was this verse in today's devo:

"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." Matthew 21:22

And then I thought, hmm.

Did I really believe with all my heart everytime I prayed?

More often than not, I think a small part of me doubts that God will be able to answer my prayers.

Not that I don't believe it, but I am far too guilty of half-hearted prayers.

When I look back and see, those times when I was desperate and truly believed God to come through for me, He did.

And how many times have I really meant what I was saying when I prayed?

It's so easy after so many years of being a Christian to slip into that comfort zone.

To utter words that have become second nature to you.

But to really mean every word you say when you pray?

Now, that's business.

Need to get some real prayer happening here.

Mamak Night sales are going astoundingly well and someone is up to no good.

My clinics were going incredibly well and someone isn't happy.

I CALL YOUR BLUFF.
